Hello friends,

I am developing MDI Application in VB.NET.

i am having one problem which is as follows.

i am opening Main Customer screen from the Menu, in this customers screen i am
displaying all the customers in the grid. For Adding a customer User would
click on Add button of this form, this click event would display Customer ADD
Form which is also MDI Child form. After Adding a customer and Click on Save
button would store the customer details in Database and form would close by its
own and control is back to Main Customer screen.
Now a record that is added by user in Customer Add Form should get added in
Main customer form's Grid.

But my problem is at which point of time user is closing Customer ADD form OR
in which event I should fire my SELECT statement for Customer to fill the Grid
with newly added entry as none of my forms are MODAL.

Please reply asap.

any help would be highly appreciated.

regards

shital
