Create a procedure which is the actual task of the trigger. Make sure it is working. 2. Create the trigger. With in the trigger just call the procedure. 3. Now it is possible that the procedure run by the trigger automatically when fired. 4. If you need manually to run the trigger, just execute the procedure. Hope it may helps you...
