Const is offen used to avoid repitation of hard coded or double quote values in
an class or an application. e.g. class abc() { public void name() {
string firstname = "yasin"; } public void family() { string firstname =
"yasin"; } } instead class abc() { string const FIRSTNAME = "yasin";
public void name() { string firstname = FIRSTNAME; } public void family() {
string firstname = FIRSTNAME; } } } ReadOnly Only Fields or Properties
are exposed by a class which only allow the fetching or retriving of the value.
This value can be set anywhere in the class i.e. at designtime or runtime.
