----------------------------------------------------------- From: Mrinal Message 4 in Discussion Hi Rashid , Try this before we go for any other solution , in your application where you are creating an instance of - MyAssembly.MyClass , if you can access the class , as you would have done , then you need not go for reflection to load the dll and create the instance as : 1. It's an unnecessary performance hit . 2. Only meant for cases where dll / assembly is not known at design time and can be queried only at runtime So , a logical way to go about doing this , create a base class in form of base dll project , a separate project and derive your MyAssembly.MyClass from it and also add reference to test application where u are using reflection , then fill the returned object in base class object , with base class typecasting , see if it works , meanwhile i will try few more things and let u know if i get a definite answer . thanks , Mrinal ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
