1. I think it's asp:Label , it's the only one that user needn't mess  up with . 
  2. M/c .Config - Machine / system wide Xml config file .     Web.config - App 
specific .   Web.config can override M/c.config settings .   3.Well i am not 
sure what will you get while debugging just a binary without source code , but 
still debugger can be added using Debugger -> attach Process and various values 
good be monitored in diff. windows and process can also be broken in between .  
 4. That's Conditional Compilation - #if , #else , #define etc.   5. Xml 
configuration files by the owner / creator of assembly it's also has a specific 
importance :     1. can override m/c.config settings .   2. Quite handy for 
probing and can be used for Applying patches .   regards ,   Mrinal .
