Hi!! access db is again creating troubles for me. This time it gives an
exception saying that an "updateable" query must be used. here is the
code fragment that is causing trouble.
Private Sub saveData(ByVal key As String)
adp.SelectCommand.CommandText = "select * from table where key='" &
key & "';"
adp.Fill(DataSet11)
Dim table As DataTable
Dim row As DataRow
table = DataSet11.Tables("table")
row = table.Rows(0)
If Not txtPhone.Text = "" Then row("Phone") = txtPhone.Text
If Not txtMobile.Text = "" Then row("Mobile") = txtMobile.Text
adp.Update(table)
End Sub
Here, adp is the data adapter. The exception occurs at "adp.Update(table)"
line. plz suggest wat to do.
