Hi,
 
You can even use proxy class (connect using HTTP calls) to 
connect to the webservice! But, one thing you need to keep in mind while 
working 
with dynamic webservices, i.e. if that webservice raises an event or if 
different services are trying to call different methods, then you have a 
problem!

                I need to connect to a web service from my Asp.net Code. But 
the 
                webservice has to be connected dynamically, i mean during the 
                run time. For, example the url has to be picked from the 
                web.config file. It should not be statically binded by making a
