are using a variable that has not been instantiated.

              i'm unable to enlist or start a orchestration.  i'm 
              consuming a webservice within that orchestration.  i'm 
              have a receiveport with will send a XML file and 
orchestration(WS) 
              will insert a row with value that was send within that 
              XML.   i have install the assembly in the GAC 
              also......
