Protect your web method by using username and password. When ever you are calling webmethod just pass that username and password. If any one of these two values is wrong it will throw SOAP authentication exception. You can find lot of sample codes on the net by searching SOAP Authentication. Here Username and password will be passed through SOAP Headers.
