----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Ramezh1 Message 1 in Discussion Hi, When i am deleting one row from a table which is having one Identity Field as primary key, i am able to delete. When i am adding one new row after deleting one existing row, the identity field value has been skipped by one. example: before deleting 1 xyzd ddfd 2 dfdf dfdfd after deleting one records 1 xyzd ddfd after inserting one records 1 xyzd ddfd 3 ddfd dfdf But instead of 3, i should have 2. How to achieve this? Please suggest me. Thanks, Ramesh. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/BDOTNET/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
