Hi,
What is the rationale behind that facade classes or interfaces is
the questions? What benefit you would get by putting it there? As far as my
knowledge goes facade is the front-end to underlying complex sub-system. But
the facade if you want at the DAL is what I meant. Design your business classes
with interfaces. Let the interfaces have properties which you can easily bind
to the UI controls. Depending on your presentation layer you can leverage more
on the same. Generic facade at DAL layer would be easy. But putting the entire
business inside a facade along with DAL, looks like a big daunting task. C#
Language specification provides the best material available on generics if you
are interested on the same. Designing with the interface without facade will
still provide you the flexiblity you are looking for.
Life is so beautiful!!!
Success,
Niraj.
