You will get this error only when you are trying to connect a remote server on
a specific port and the host server is not accepting/responding any request on
that specified port. In your case u r trying with 1073 port. please try with
the default port. Hope this will be useful. Give a try and let us know still

Hi , I receive a message from a system folder and convert it to soap
request before calling Webservice. My webservice performs certain calculations
and returns value. This soap response is converted again to a normal format
which is to be placed in a system folder. I get a error as following:
WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server
SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine
actively refused it
