   Here i am having more idea requires only one Stored Procedure.
 
  1: In that stroed procedure first insert the User Information in the Users 
Table.Then with the help of ident_current('UserTableName') or 
@@Identity will the get the autogenerated id from User Table and keep it in a 
variable.
 
 2:   Now Insert the User details in AddressBook table and get the 
autogenerated id and store it in a variable.
 
3. Now finally insert the User details and the 2 autogenated values in the 
Students table.
