hi 

I think its because the Ternary Operator returns the true value, which will be 
the base for your condition. 

as in this example.. 

class 
MainClass

{



  public static void Main
()

  {



    int result;



    result = 10 > 1 
? 20 : 10;

    System.Console.WriteLine("result = " 
+ result);



    result = 10 < 1 
? 20 : 10;

    System.Console.WriteLine("result = " 
+ result);



  }



}
