Hi venkat,in this way i got how to create and install shared assembly,in this 
way we can get normal applications but In my application references some third 
party controls like COM component,thats y I have got error like  'Unable to 
emit assembly:Referenced Assemebly 'COM Component name' does not have a strong 
name  can u tell me how can i rectify this problem     advanced thanks

at;       How to install an assembly in the Global Assembly Cache in Visual 
Basic .NET or in Visual Basic 2005
