Hi,
We are using Report View Webpart provided with the SSRS Add-in for Sharepoint
to display some reports in our MOSS application.
Now, some of the report have links to other reports and these links (URL's)
along with them send the parameters ( which works fine in the Report server) .
We have 2 issues here
1. If we use the link, then the other report opens up in the same report view
web part ( which is not desired, since we want that report to be displayed in
another aspx page with a report viewr webpart) .
2. Once the other page appears with the report viewer web part how do we pass
the parametes to the web parts so as to generate the report for the required
parametes only.
E.g
Page1.aspx , has report viewer webpart-> which calls the ResellertList.rdl in
the Reseller list report, each of the Reseller name is a Link ( which in
ReportServer, takes me to another report Reseller Address.rdl with the selected
retailers address in the report)
Page2.aspx , has report viewer webpart-> which calls the ResellerAddress.rdl
that is the context, how do i acheve this in Sharepoint. the jump tp URL
doesn't work . Please help us.
What other options do we have to pass the parameters through the URL to the
ASPX page then pass them to the webpart for the report to be generated.
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Suraj
