Hi Kevin, As Josh mentioned, we've got a pretty active community here in the Boulder/Denver area. We've got two Ruby-based groups here that meet on different nights plus several more informal gatherings that you can choose from. The job market seems pretty good and there's a strong network of freelancers here. If you decide to come out for a visit, see if you can line it up with one of our meetings (Boulder Ruby or Derailed). We'd love to share a drink of your choice when you're in the area. Good luck!
