Hi, Is anyone familiar with a Rails email client that can be plugged into a larger application? I am looking for something that can be used for customer communication within our intranet. We would link the emails to the appropriate customer records to show a history per client. This would be very similar to email functionality built into salesforce.com or Sugar CRM. A Rails Engine, like Devise, would be even niftier.
