in the cloud computing space. Ruby/Rails is the primary technology space

source software. We do this through a variety of products and services
including support (when googling and reading forums just isn't enough),
governance (helping manage and track what OSS is being used), and scanning
(helping find OSS in places no one ever thought to look).
If you want this job you should...
Be an expert in Cloud Provider API's (Amazon EC2, Rackspace, etc.)
Understand the pros and cons in working with cloud resources and how to
design software accordingly
Knowledge of cloud service aggregation projects (Fog, Deltacloud,
libcloud)
Be familiar with private cloud platforms (Eucalyptus, OpenStack,
OpenNebula)
Love the web as a platform for great software
Love open source software, and show some participation in the community
Constantly be looking for tools that are even better
