We're looking for an inspired Tech Lead to help us built out our new community platform. We do this right and we will change the world, forever! We believe that LOVE is still the answer! THE POSITION We are looking for someone who understands community architecture, Ruby on Rails, HTML5, Javascript, CSS, object oriented programming. Must live in or be willing to move to LA/Santa Monica. This is a MAJOR ROLE. 3-5 years of programming web product required. Requirements -(list) Nice to Haves - Photoshop, UIX chops.
