Now there is :).  Also a `be serve` command.  Example usage:

  a.com$ be serve --host a.com --port 8000
  Serving HTTP on 192.168.1.3 port 8000 ...
  BE repository /home/...
  ...

  b.edu$ be --repo http://a.com:8000 list
  bea/12c:uw: Bug aggregation...
  ...
