Should be easy to remember, since it's the same argument order as `be
close ID` ;).
  be setting closed ID
Many of the bug-attribute setting commands are
  be COMMAND SETTING ID [ID ...]
because several bugs may have the same setting, and you might want to
change the setting for many bugs in a single call.  Each bug has only
one value of most settings at a time, though so there is no need for
  be COMMAND ID SETTING [SETTING ...]

If you install misc/completion/be.bash, you can remind yourself with
TAB.
