1.1.1 is tagged and released [1]. For ease of packaging, the already-built HTML docs are bundled in the release tarball, as well as being available online [2].
This restores Python 2.6 compatibility which was broken in 1.1.0. Thanks to Daniel Heater for reporting the issue.
