I have an 4gb usb stick with the files to be written to my 16gb uSD card. I have a rcn-ee script "setup_sdcard.sh" to format the sdcard, expand and copy the files to the uSD card. The script is supposed to be executable is not and chmod ugo+x filename doesn't work to make it executable. Also it appears that the uSD card is not writeable, again chmod doesn't work to fix the problem. I am logged in as root. so it is not a failure to use sudo.
What do I need to do to make it work?
