I've set three variables:
export QWS_MOUSE_PROTO="Tslib:/dev/input/touchscreen0"  ; Your touchscreen
device
export TSLIB_CALIBFILE="/media/mmcblk0p1/pointercal"          ; Your
calibration file
export TSLIB_TSDEVICE="/dev/input/touchscreen0"                  ;
Touchscreen device again

and it works ok. And it didn't work without any of this variables.
