Killing the androidvncserver didn't work. Because Android OS still thinks 
that an external keyboard is connected after I kill the androidvncserver.

I tried to use a keyboard app, Hackers Keyboard. It worked just fine. It 
has a feature that allows you to use soft keyboard despite the external 
keyboard connected.
