use function in examples provided in the package 

    prussdrv_exec_program (PRU_NUM, "./text.bin");

PRU_NUM is defined as 0 in the example, you can use other notation to 
define both pru0 and pru1
    #define PRU_NUM0     0
    #define PRU_NUM1     1
.....
.....
    prussdrv_exec_program (PRU_NUM0, "./text1.bin"); //text1.bin for pru0
    prussdrv_exec_program (PRU_NUM1, "./text2.bin"); //text2.bin for pru1
...
...
