I'm experiencing a really strange problem on my BBB. I essentially cannot permanently add or remove any files in the CLOUD9 subdirectories any longer. If I create a file and save it, it will initially successfully create and I can see it in the subdirectory both through the CLOUD9 file display and by issuing an 'ls' command in the terminal. Then, after 20 seconds or so, the file just disappears! Completely gone.
Conversely if I delete an existing file in the CLOUD9 subdirectory, initially it is gone and then... it magically reappears about 20 seconds later.
