Instead have you students/directions look to "yakbuild" https://github.com/RobertCNelson/yakbuild Follow the readme.md and set: toolchain="gcc_linaro_gnueabihf_5" kernel_tag="4.4.14-ti-r34" then, just: ./build_kernel.sh / etc like previously..
