I just went to pre-order two BB Blue boards from Mouser. They emailed me back a ' Customer End User Certificate' and asking questions like:
My Federal ID, Have you or has your company ever been convicted of violating U.S. Export Laws and Regulation? Are you or is your company currently listed on the Denied Person List, Unverified List or Entity List of the Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce? Looks like ITAR, but smells like 'Extreme Vetting' to me. I'm cancelling the order...
