I don't have importers for those banks for consider creating one from the built-in CSV importer, for which you can configure the semantics of every field.
FWIW I used to have a project to try to absorb and share importer codes between users (project was called: "ledgerhub") but eventually I killed the project and folded the common code into Beancount. There was too little critical mass (and perhaps too many financial institutions) for these things. It never hurts to ask though.
