The beast documentation is currently build via Doxygen and fairly unbrowsable.
We should have a PDF/single page HTML page manual with proper structure and
naviagtion aids instead.
Also the build process should be faster, e.g. the Manual could be built for
only the website, whie regular projct builds from Git/Tarball create just the
manual pages.
