Resolution: Fixed
OK, I removed the expandTarget attribute which actually did exactly what it
implied. It wasn't very useful.
In it's place, I added a selectionTarget that can be inheritted and overriden
by the target attribute on treeItem.
I added the RichTree test coreWeb/richTree/goSelectAction
