This was actually fixed a while ago and then broken when I did the fix for the
tagId/Script container. This does work, there is a genJavaScriptFormSubmit
will output the form submit javascript into the page. Then later, you can use
an anchor to submit the the form. See coreWeb/coretags/form/jspost.
