Attached is the diff file for my check-in. Also, please add the files in the
zip to the petstoreWeb directory (path should be correct in the zip) and delete
the following files:

(entire directory)

samples\petstoreWeb\WEB-INF\src\org\apache\beehive\samples\petstore\controls\exceptions\NoSuchSequenceException.java
This check-in incorporates using Derby as the data store and adds some of the
functionality we discussed when I was in Boulder (multiple addresses, add new
user, admin of the DB). I also fixed many bugs.
