The Controls programming model doc could be made better by adding a discussion
of state handling for controls if serialized. This would discuss topics such
as:
- how properties state is serialized for the bean
- the fact that external config/annotations aren't written into local instance
state
- the isTransient attribute of @ControlImplementation (see BEEHIVE-351)
- the fact that contextual services are never serialized
- a discussion of XML vs. Java serialization
