Hey Kyle,
A page flow can no longer inherit control fields, because the control client
initializer for the inherited page flow is not generated. No repro case yet --
it's breaking the InheritControls BVT in netui. I can provide more info on
reproducing it, but I'm going to take a look at this in the meantime.
