WSM Sample method calls in SOAPBinding failed

In the initial Beehive Web service samples html page after build and deploy to
tomcat.
Click "@javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding", in next page, the "Invoke methods on
sample web services"
section: The last 2 links: RpcEncodedSample.createAddressInBody() and
RpcEncodedSample.createAddressInHeader() both failed with following error:
