petstoreWeb documentation has inconsistent file location for build.properties

In the documentation for the jpetstore sample, it tells the user to:
'Open the file C:/beehive_projects/petstoreWeb/WEB-INF/src/build.properties in
a text editor.'
in my dist, build.properties lives at:
'C:\beehive_projects\petstoreWeb\build.properties'
i am not sure which is the expected behavior, but i would suspect it is just a
documentation change.
