PetstoreWeb Samples Docs : build.properties is NOT under web-inf

Both online and packaged docs suggest there is a web-inf under petstoreWeb, but
it doesn't exist.

In section "Edit the build.properties File" it states:
"Open the file C:/beehive_projects/petstoreWeb/WEB-INF/src/build.properties in
a text editor."
Actually, build.properties is under petstoreWeb.
