Nav bar in docs is too far to the right and covers text

See attached jpg. Note that the nav bar on the left-hand-side of the page is
too far to the right, and it covers up text in the docs.
I saw this after doing the following:
1. unpacked beehive dist. of 5/10/2005
2. Went to \beehive-dist\apache-beehive-incubating-20050510-svn169446\docs\ in
windows explorer
3. double-clicked samples.html
4. Clicked on "Page Flows Getting Started" link
5. Then clicked on "Installation and setup" link
