Cleanup samples for WSM in the distribution

Right now there are wsm-samples, wsm-addressbook, wsm-addressbook-enhanced, and
wsm-blank samples in the distribution. We should keep the addressbook-enahnced
sample and wsm-blank in the distribution and remove the others.
