Repro:
- Create a Beehive application that uses the <build-pageflows> macro to
build. Do not specify the "tempdir" attribute on the macro, and use
*different* values for "srcdir" and "weboutputdir".
- Add at least one page flow with a ".jpf" file extension.
- Build the webapp.
Notice that the "WEB-INF/.tmpbeansrc" directory, for generated source files, is
under the source directory ("srcdir"), not under the web output directory
("weboutputdir").
