netui-validator-config.xml file should have "beehive-" prefix for consistency

For the sake of consistency (and clarity) with the rest of NetUI, the
netui-validator-config.xml file should have a name like
"beehive-netui-validator-config.xml".
Otherwise, once 1.0 is release, we'll have to support the former forever.
