No way to discover how to edit beehive-netui-config.xml

Currently, the webapp template does not include a default
beehive-netui-config.xml. If you need to change a setting in
beehive-netui-config.xml and you create a blank file, you'll blow away the
default settings (see http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEEHIVE-352 ). To
work around this, you need to start with a config file that includes the
default settings. At the very least, this workaround needs to get added to the
docs.
