You will need to add the axis jar files to WEB-INF/lib and change where the 
BEEHIVE_HOME is at in the two ant files, which are in WEB-INF/src
Ensure that there is a blank .jws file for each webservice when it is deployed.
Make certain to delete the server-config.wsdd file if it was created.
