That's why we make it available on the GPLv3 licence. Tweak it like you
want as long as you respect the licence.

No problems for all of that. But you will have to make the source code
of your modified version available for your clients.

We are very interesting for the support of message carbons and it will
be a good thing to merge the changes when done. The other changes may be
not so important but it will be a good thing to see them too (may be you
fix some bugs we don't catch)

I hope you have not wait for our answer to do most of the things you
want. We are OK with your proposal as long as the licence is respected.
