I use Wavpack too Andy, but i use non-hybrid files. I've messed with Wavpack hybrid and it works alright if you put the copyartifacts plugin into your config. The problem is in the file renaming. When it moves the files into the directory, it doesn't rename the wvc files, so it only works if the base files names will be staying the same. It was on my personal project list to fix that at some point.
In case you ever have need of it, here's a convert string that works for me, using gstreamer: gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location="$source" ! decodebin ! audioconvert ! wavpackenc extra-processing=1 md5=true ! apev2mux ! filesink location="$dest" I'm still trying to figure out how to pass Wavpack parameters to that so that i can use some of the new switches in Wavpack 5.0 If you ever have any questions, feel free to hit me up.
