Apache configuration

Hello, excuse me for my english but...
I have installed successfuly Apache, Perl, MySQL (DBI) and
DBD-mysql.
test.pl is a perl file which run.
What should I write in my home page:
<form action="????" method="POST">?

How should I configure httpd.conf to execute it?
