A masterful statement!
Can we guide the beginners into classifying their problem before posting it?
This might filter some of their confusion, and lead them to ask a more
pertinent question.
eg
1 I don't know how to do this in any language
2 I could do this in APL, BCPL, C, Delphi, ..., but I can't see how to do
it in Perl
3 ... and so on
They could bang their classification at the beginning of the subject line,
and we could see what to answer.
[ Any without such a prefix will get answered very slowly! ]
